The hotel offered comfortable and clean rooms with champagne and breakfast included at a high floor with a nice view over the city at an excellent price. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating a guest with limited Spanish proficiency. The location, though not extremely tour-friendly, was nice and made for a comfortable experience compared to other hotels in Bucaramanga. The dining experience included a good buffet breakfast, although some dishes did not work well when left for long periods. Overall, it was a good value for the money.
